The development of our Aspen LV Plus Ballina community is being undertaken in a series of stages with the ongoing creation of new homes occurring between 2008 - 2016.
The first release of homes in stage 2 is now sold out with these exciting new brick homes handed over to our newest residents in June 2010.
The current release of homes, Stage 2B, comprises 13 brand new brick homes with completion of the first homes expected in September 2010.
In total, Stage 2 comprises 53 new high-quality brick homes priced from $410,000.*

Subsequent releases of new homes will take place between 2011 – 2016 to bring the total number of homes in the Aspen LV Plus Ballina community to 335.
In addition to the brand new brick homes, the resort-style clubhouse and the numerous sporting, leisure and social pursuits available, our Aspen LV Plus Ballina community will also provide a 120-suite state-of-the-art residential aged care centre. This will further increase the sense of security the community provides to residents as their health and well-being needs evolve over time.
